With the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we at Clarenville Honda have taken the necessary preventive measures to ensure that we are utilizing the appropriate methods to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees. Here are some important changes that have been implemented:
HOURS OF OPERATION
- The automotive and recreation showrooms are closed to the public until further notice.
- Clarenville Honda will be closed on Saturdays (until further notice)
- Business hours are from 8:00 am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

AUTOMOTIVE & RECREATION SALES
- Showrooms are closed to the public. No exceptions.
- We will continue to work with our customers at a distance. Through the use of telephone, text/email and other digital tools we will continue to provide information you require.
- We can provide photos and videos of any vehicles of interest.
- Test drives may be able to be arranged, through strict protocols.

AUTOMOTIVE PARTS & SERVICE
- We have implemented a “CONTACT-FREE” process for providing Parts and Service
- We are still able to service your vehicle, if required. There are strict protocols in place to protect our customers and staff.
- Waiting area and Washroom Facilities are closed to the public.
- Our shuttle service is no longer available. However, if customers cannot arrange alternate transportation we may be able to assist.

With the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we at Clarenville Honda have taken the necessary preventive measures to ensure that we are utilizing the appropriate methods to reduce the spread of any type of germs.
The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority, and we want to ensure that we are taking the necessary steps to protect everyone.
We have implemented the necessary steps and enhanced protocols to ensure that our facilities are as clean as possible. This includes thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, continuously washing and sanitizing hands, and last but not least, having employees stay home if they are not feeling well.
We would like to announce that we will be closing Saturdays (effective immediately until further notice) maintaining regular business hours Monday- Friday to best serve our customers.
If you have recently returned from travel outside the province, or in close contact with someone who has, or if you do not feel well, please do not risk yourself and others. We will gladly reschedule appointments in a timely manner and ensure we are in contact with our customers via telephone and email. Clarenville Honda will work with you however possible to meet your service requirements. This includes options to pick up and deliver your vehicle at your location (in the immediate Clarenville area).
